You are all solely responsible for reading and following these guidelines so everyone can have an enjoyable practice. By attending class you are agreeing to all our guidelines and policies.
New student questionnaire & waiver must be filled out prior to your first class. I have physical copies that can be filled out in person. Please arrive to your first class 15 minutes early to do so. You may also fill these out online, click the link below to access these forms.
General Studio Guidelines -
Arrive 5-10 minutes early, giving yourself time to get settled
Remove your shoes before entering the space
Silence your cell phone/smart watch
Listen to your body & rest as needed - take modifications as needed.
Booking & Cancellations -
Please note, this is aimed to be a preventative measure rather than a penalty. Classes are limited and if a spot opens up, we'd love to offer it to someone else.
Pre-registatration is reccomened. If there are no sign ups 3 hours prior to class time, it may be cancelled
Cancel at least 4 hours before class, not doing so will result in being charged for the class, or losing your class pass
All purchases are non-refundable. Transfers can be made as needed
Payment for classes must be received withing 24 hours of booking a class
I may cancel class due to weather, illness, emergencies, or low class sign up. You will be notified of any cancellations
Health & Safety -
Please be sure you mention any physical limitations or injuries that should be noted. Don’t be shy - this is incredibly important
Stay home if you feel sick (but let me know you're staying home :) )
