Strength Slow Flow
Wednesday 6:30 PM
Each month we focus on something specific — a peak pose, a movement pattern, a part of the body, or a theme — and we build toward it intentionally together. Every class layers on the last. If you want to feel yourself genuinely growing in your practice this is your class. Come at the beginning of the month for the full experience though drop-ins are always welcome.

Slow Flow, Restorative, Yin
Thursday 6:30 PM
A gentle midweek exhale. This class weaves slow mindful movement with deep restorative stillness — giving your nervous system exactly what it needs to release, reset, and come back to yourself. Yin, slow flow, and restorative shapes held with intention and ease. Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling relaxed and rested.

Saturday 8:30 AM
Each class begins by rooting down — connecting to our body, our breath, and the earth beneath us — and then we rise from there. This Saturday morning practice meets you wherever you are and gently lifts you. Some days that rise is expansive and energizing. Some days it is quiet and steady. This class will have you feeling ready to tackle the weekend with an open heart and steady mind.
Private & Small Group Sessions
Sometimes the most powerful practice is one that is built entirely around you.
Whether you are brand new to yoga and want a gentle introduction, working through an injury or physical limitation, looking to deepen a specific aspect of your practice, or simply craving undivided attention and a space that is completely your own — a private or small group session at Bloom Within Wellness is for you.
Student-Organized Semi-Private
Have a time that works for you and a few friends who want to practice together? Do the organizing — gather 2 to 3 people who can commit to that time consistently — and I will show up and teach, schedule permitting. Members pay $10 per person per session. Non-members pay $25 per person per session. A minimum of 2 to 3 people is required before we commit to the time slot.
Pre-Built Private Class
A thoughtfully designed class taught just for you in the intimacy of a one on one setting. All the benefits of a private experience at an incredibly accessible price point. A beautiful option if there is a time that works for your schedule that isn’t currently on my regular offerings.
1 on 1 Session
A completely customized one on one experience tailored specifically to your body, your goals, and where you are in your practice. We work together to create something that is entirely yours.
These options exist because I want to honor your needs while also honoring my own energy and boundaries. When we work together like this something really special happens.
