Slow Flow & Restoratiove

Ease out of your day with a gentle slow flow that nurtures your body, calms your mind, and restores your spirit. We’ll move mindfully and intentionally, then settle into soothing restorative poses to fully relax and release tension. Flow & Restore is your midweek pause—a cozy, nourishing practice to leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready for the rest of your week.

Unwind into your body and steady your breath with this Hatha-based class designed to ground your energy and build strength. With mindful transitions, supportive holds, using your breath as your guide. You'll move through a sequence that cultivates inner steadiness and space to grow - helping you release the day and return to yourself.

This morning hatha inspired flow invites you to root into your breath and body moving with intention through grounded, gentle sequences, that awaken strength and softness. Each movement invites, inner listening, and a sense of unfolding - helping you greet the day with clarity, calm, & an open heart.

Yin (On Pause)
Begin your day with deep stillness and gentle movements. Morning Glow Yin combines floor based yin asanas with slow transitions to awaken the body and soothe the mind. You'll move quietly, pause often, and settle into your breath and body - leaving class feeling nourished, grounded, and ready for the day ahead.
In addition to group classes, I offer workshops, one day retreats, private classes, and one on one sessions. All group classes can be taken live, virtually.
